Day 1: Jet Lag Remedy (2 Hrs)
Relax in a peppermint infused bath rejuvenating the senses. Enervate the nervous system with 15 minutes of reflexology. Soothe muscles and stimulate the lymphatic system with 30 minutes of back and leg massage. Refresh and rehydrate the skin with a one hour Prana Signature Facial. The perfect start to your holiday in Bali.
Day 2: Holistic Treatment (2 Hrs)
Stimulate your circulation and relax in Prana’s Hot and Cold Plunge pools. A Sea Salt Scrub, Facial Scrub and Rain Shower will invigorate your skin. Enjoy a nourishing Hair Treatment. A Body Polish and Steam will open the pores. Then lie back and enjoy your one hour Prana Signature Relaxing Massage.
Day 3: Toest to Top
Begin in our Zen styled spa Chill, and experience our One Hour CLASSIC reflexology treatment .
Followed by an hour of SHIRO DARA, the Ayurvedic classic to calm the mind. This traditional Indian treatment begins with a face and neck massage followed by a warm stream of oil applied to the forehead for twenty minutes creating a deep sense of calm.
